I got the free sim on 18th August 2016 and it got activated on 2nd September but that’s not the issue. They said Jio would offer unlimited 4g after the stipulated 2gb. I got speed for two days even after finishing 2gb but suddenly I am seeing for 2 days i am not getting speed more then 120kbps. What is the benefit of 4g if I am not getting 4g speed.

I am using jio 4G sim in samsung galaxy j2(2016), my internet speed was average for 4-5 days but now it has become extremely slow. I can’t even browse faster. please reply ASAP with solution.
