Airtel – New Fiber broadband plan migration issue

On 30th March I have taken a new Fiber net based broadband connection (Fixed line num: 080-4957xxx) from Airtel and the plan opted is F.net 50GB , 8mbps ,monthly Rs1499 But Aitel has wrongly updated or migrated my plan details in their system to 6months 80MBPS Advance rental plan which is around Rs21016. I realized when i got the first month bill and called the airtel customer care and informed about this and they found the mistake which is from their side and agreed to revert the plan and also changed the plan but till now they have not processed the bill waiver (i.e Rs21016) till now and they always says they send to concern departments for this waiver but they keep barring the connection . My concern is why they are barring my connection with out solving the problem where the problem is from their side. I am not asked them to solve the problem immediately (if they need time they can take but without barring by connection).

As a compensation they have to waive 2 year charges of my plan (i.e monthly Rs 1099 charges has to waived for 2 years)
