Airtel New HD recorder delivered without remote, user manual

Recently I asked for the new Airtel DTH HD recorder to replace my digital TV SD settop box. It took one week for the guys to respond after opening the call center request, and repeatedly talking to the area manager. This manager, Mr. Sujay (ph: 9342221119) is incompetent and not trust worthy. You just can’t believe any of his words, he disconnects customer calls and absolutely has no courtesy to return the call. After one week, he sent his engineer with the HD recorder box, his ph: 8123017383 (name not known). He was also rude and gives every word back to your words. He delivered open HD recorder box without remote control, user manual and no HDMI cable. On my asking he took out a used HDMI cable with dust and gave me. He said, he had no remote control and will deliver the same in couple of days. Now it is 8 days since then. I have been calling Mr. Sujay last 3 days and every day morning he says, he will send it today. I called him this afternoon again to remind, same answer. If I am fortunate, he will pick my call, otherwise he doesn’t bother to reply my SMS or call back. It is because of this pathetic service, I am closing all my Airtel connections including mobile. Please help me get rid of Airtel and refund my money full as early as possible. My customer id: 3001062289
