Airtel New SIM Activation Problems

I have bought 2 SIM cards from airtel and have received an activation message from airtel on 24th Oct’15 for both the numbers. It also asked me to complete the tele verification, however, there are no signals yet to do anything. Numbers: 8800982489 9910811026 This is amazingly surprising that you are boosting about your services on TV and other medias but your services are a big disappointment. I had been using Vodaphone for past 10 years and now feel they are definitely better than Airtel. Sir showing great ads will not solve the purpose, in such competitive market, you need to provide service. Calling your customer care or the dealers is of no help . Please explain what to do
