My name is Aarti Jaiswal,I have recently bought a new airtel prepaid no. i.e 88269570XX on 13 Mar 2014 and submitted my address proof along with photograph. On 18 Mar 2014 the network started after my revisit to your Dariyaganj center and they told me your no. will start in 30 min but when i called to 59059 for verification,they told me my details are invalid as it is not matching to their record.I am also calling the provided customer care no. continuously but no one is responding on that no. as it is ringing continuously but not picked.It is causing me inconvenience as i cannot visit again n again to the centre.
