I booked a product (HP B0T88PA Laptop Bag (Black) order no: 100008750 worth Rs. 595/- (placed on 13 February 2014 13:59:45 IST) from Shopping Website : dejavutrends.com (copy of Order Enclosed) they said it will take 4-5days for shipment but I did not receive the item till today i.e, 19 /03/2014 . Unfortunately I have paid the order amount Rs. 595/- through debit card. Now every day I am calling them regarding the order status but nobody is lifting the call and not responding my e-mail also. They have a customer care no. 180030001177 but when call at this number nobody pick the phone. It’s almost 17 days now and they aren’t sending my item nor cancelling and refunding my money. Please help me and take action against this fraud shopping website(www.dejuvutrends.com).
