I had activated 3G internet plan of Rs 755 on my mobile (8105291987). But am not getting proper 3G speed. I am getting only speed less than 30 kbps. Also I contacted customer care, Appellate team. But didn’t find a solution. This is repeated issue from last 6 months during the first week of every 3G recharge. Every month i need to fight with airtel to get the solution.
1. I had paid Rs 755 towards 3G internet plan, for which i didn’t get enough benefit. 2. Time waste for contacting Airtel for resolution.
