Sony India – Warranty Replacement problem

This is really very painful Experience with Sony that , We had purchased LED TV model 32EX550 on Feb’13 and it got failed on 20 day back . we raised the complaint ( No. # 015073724) . After 2 days of my compliant service dealer person came and attended the call and confirmed that some parts got failed and will done the replacement by two days time.But till now there is no response. When ever we are asking the status? he is asking us to wait 2 more days and some time no one answering my call. I had reached Customer service center & show room also but no use at all.

Need replacement of new TV or cash back.
