i have requested for plan change from prepaid to postpaid connection on 27.02.2014 and paid a security deposit of Rs 300 Still the plan is not activated and no one is responding from the service provider. contacted the people from their store and still the problem is not resolved.

Immediate refund of my money or immediate activation of my plan.
