BSNL Portal Recharge Failure – No Customer Service

I have made a 3G BSNL (Mobile No.9480274114) recharge of 3 times on my laptop using online recharge facility on 14.04.2014 and amount got debited both 3 times from my account without recharge, already I have sent the complaint two times. hence you are requested to please refund the amount of Rs.417-00 (139X3times) to my account .

I did an online recharge (FLEXI-RS 100) frm BSNL website on 15th April, 2014 & it failed. I did not get any balance on my. no. 9463484090. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. Neither, I have got the refund back, have called customer care many times. Firstly customer care waiting time is not less than 30 mins. Also the customer care person named yashwinder misbehaved with me. Customer care is very rude and havn’t provided any information about my refund. My transaction ID is TXL 1504201419824. Please kindly check into it and reply at the earliest.
