airtel not attending properly and cutting their customer calls when they like

i made my recharge on 4 dec 11, i saw on 7 dec that my account was deducted with rs 25/-. when i contact 198 the executive told me that ur payment was cutting since 1 dec 11. but i don’t have any bal on 1 dec 11 and they told me that their executive called me, and i responded the call. i m saying i don’t get any call from any of the executives on 1 dec 11, i want my full payment of rs 25/- on return. i have also activated my no for dnd services. executive told me that i haven’t activated my dnd service since and activated my dnd service and returned my 5/- rs in my mobile and told to hold on to talk with sr executive but after holding me for some time called sr executive is bussy andtold me to wait, after some time cut my call. i called again but was not recieved by any of the operators. help me in getting my wrongly cut amount.
