this is related to my old airtel postpaid number 8427192xxx mapped to account number 1024204779.i had to switch to another network keeping the same number. The number has been terminated since Feb,2012 and an amount of Rs 1,648.30 is due to me as I had paid extra amount to clear my dues to terminate the connection. Now since then, I have not received any information or call regarding the refund procedure. I have several times called Airtel and registered complaint regarding this and I was each time assured a call back with resolution in 24-48 hrs. But to my dismay that has not been resolved till now. I have many emails for the same.i went even to airtel showroom and described the issue in sec 32 around 4 months back. they told me to talk to customer care representatives but when i talked to them they said the account has been deleted and they have no records of this account. i donot know how to proceed further?

the amount due is Rs 1,648.30. apart from that, i have traveled so many times to there offices on own vehicle on my own transport expenses.also from 2 yrs this money is due to be given to me hence i also need the interest on the amount for sure.
