Hi, I am abroad from last 6 months and has been using Airtel Mobile prepaid number- 98718299XX from passed 6 and a half years.Without informing me my number has been deactivated. i want my number to be activated.i have talked to the customer care multiple times and they are telling me that my number has been deactivated and a new sim must be available in the market by the same number. how can all this be done without informing me.
