Airtel – Payment deducted but service not activated

on 16thSept on airtel website i rechared internet pack worth Rs 102 and got a message failed due to technical reason. I tried again and got the same mesage and both time RS 10s deducted from my account.Total of rs 204. I logged immidiate complain on 16th and was tols tht it will be ressolved in 24 hrs thn i called on 19th and got a response tht we cannot check your complain due to technical updation. Call was transferred to supervisor who checked my complain and said it has been ressolved from backend team but if you did nt get any benefit he lodged my complain again and said i wil get complain number in message. I did not get any message i had to call again and ask for the complain number. Now they say it wil get ressolved not before 21st sept.. Mere harassment

Ofcourse i want my refund of extra deduction and also my servixce should be activated.. Or else i would love to change from Airtel
