My name is sameer naik,I had purchased sony xperia j on date 06/jan/2013.after some days it’s hardware fail repeatedly,since 2 times I had change PCB from your service center . My last job no- w113052400437.still mobile get some hardware problem,application unfortunately stop etc. So what I want to do. I kindly request you please take problem seriously.
Sony should take immediate action against the rising number of complaints by implementing an addtional quality assurance plan at their mobile manufacturing facilities.
