I have bought Eureka Forbes AquaSure Elegant RO in June, i have requested for free servicing via online Service Request Number: 5B68E26985 on 21/10/13. there was no response from service center. I have been trying to contact eureka fobres for a week by phone but it is always busy, it is said that 18602661177 is a toll free no. why am being charged for my calls, why they are not responding.Their punch line is “friends for life” i do not understand what kind of friend they are trying to be by not responding to their customers .such type of sluggish response is not expected from a big company like eureka forbes.
