Hello My Name is Niranjan Kumar, I have activated the Airtel Phone Backup option in the month of June 2013. And they have charged me 30 Rupees per month. Use of this service is to backup the customers phones information like Contacts, Sms, Photos and Videos. And when the customer Loses the information like Contacts, Sms, Photos and Videos, This service will help to restore the information. unfortunately My Phone’s software is corrupted and i have formatted my phone. My information and data have been lost. When i asked for the backup to airtel customer care department, And the reference number they have given me are 9814296, 9817767. They are not at all responding. My contacts are very important please help for my issue.
