In march, I called Hitachi to get it serviced. I was happy that the guys came and did the service. But they told me that the gas has leaked from the AC and it needs to be filled again and leakage to be stopped. My AC was in warranty of one year till 19th May, 2013. Now the not happy experience starts: 1. March 2013, The guys again came pretty quickly next day and checked the AC and filled the gas , showed me that it is cooling.But cooling was not upto mark. He told me that it will take time since they have just filled it with gas. 2. May 2013, the summers came and I put AC on, I saw that only half of inner unit was giving cool air, from other half,normal air was coming and it was throwing a lot of water inside. I called Hitachi again. The person this time came after numerous calls. He came and said that gas has leaked and guy just filled the gas and was done in 5 minutes. I asked him about leakage check , he said the pipe was loose and left. 3. June 2013, I am again having the same problem. The gas has gain leaked and the ac is cooling only half side of inner unit. I had a doubt after above 2 incidents that these people won’t repair it in warranty and I am proved right.

Want my AC to repaired free as they did not repaired it in warranty twice
