It is indeed shameful for company to cheat customer and pocket huge money on pretext and assurance of providing 3G network connection. Where as miscellaneous complaints were being fwd for redress even upto appellate level, instead of providing solution the company has indeed on the contrary cheated me by providing 2G network and continues to charge me for 3G!!! the company has been cheating me since last 1 year plus since my complaint of oct 2013 ..
reimbursement of charges made to me against providing 3G connection and reversal made for it. I should be charged as per 2 G rates because that is what has been provided despite repeated complaints to improve speed as promised.
