Dear service team, Hi, this is Ritu Sharma from Delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. 9599XX2490. I lost my mobile this night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP. Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM).
