I recently converted my postpaid airtel sim to airtel prepaid. Is been almost 4 weeeks now. Neither my outgoing calls are working nor iam able to recharge my ported sim. I have been in touch with airtel customer care.But every one is calling and giving just false promises. This is the ref no:COGCL309 16699331. The sim is barred from outgoing and recharge.Do let me know how to resolve this.Making false promises wont do.If its not possible to resolve just help me port my sim to other vendors. thanks nithin
