the postpaid number 9633288886 was activated around 4 months back.
this number showed registration failure (address verification) within a week. we had already informed the person from address verification that being employed, we would be available only after 5pm.
when we contacted the zonal office at calicut (nadakkav) , they promissed to solve the problem in a day, but our effort all was in vain.we had paid a caution deposit of RS 400/- and now are not even paid back the caution deposit.
we request immediate intervention by authorities to make sure that the customer do not have to suffer only because one chose to take the service of Airtel…!
