Airtel PostPaid to PrePaid Conversion – Security Deposit Refund

I had purchased a Postpaid Sim of No. 99100626XX after the paid Security amount 250/- to your executive. I have been converted of my connection from postpaid to prepaid in February 2014 after paid full and final payment. As per the terms condition in regard of postpaid connection after 3 months using when any person do convert your number from postpaid to prepaid then security amount is refundable to customer. But I am following again again to you over the phone or via email and airtel customer care also. Security amount refundable time is 60 to 90 Days. I have request or complaint many times but we did not found the my security amount till date.

The customer care is saying that did not updated my security amount in the airtel company by M/S SRISTHI BUILDINGS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. We made many calls to customer care and Mr. Chirag (SRISTHI BUILDINGS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.) but no any one give me positive reply. I send many reminders but did not find any response.

Mr. Chirag is loose talking with me (Why are you calling me again again, I can not do update, Don’t call me again otherwise i will be complained) this type. I am not understanding what i do. Please help me.

Kindly co-operate with us and refund my security amount .
