Airtel Pre-Paid Service deducted 200 rupees from my num 9900906371 without assigning any reasons. I spoke to Rekha the Customer Service Manager and she also didn’t talk properly with the customer.

Customer care executives never respond well for our complaints. If this continues, I will port away to Vodafone using mobile number portability which is very good.
