Kaunsa.Com – No product Delivery, No Refund

I had place an order for Xolo A700 from KAUNSA.COM on 4-May-2013 and made the full payment through my Standard Chartered Credit Card. I got the confirmation from order@kaunsa.com on the same but there was no shipping information regarding the product I purchased. After 2-3 days I called up customer care of KAUNSA.COM (+91 120 4835000 ) regarding the delivery date of the product and CC replied that the shipping and delivery date will be confirmed soon. I wrote a mail (Ticket : Kaun/T117500/Y41UM7F0Q9 ) to support team regarding the delivery date and got the reply that the delivery date is 19-May-2013. I was keep on following them for shipping details but nothing was updated and on 19-May-2013 the product did not deliver. I have been calling them since 15-May-2013 and they are keep telling me that the shipping details will be update soon. Again I wrote my issue to escalation team and they said due to bulk order the product was not delivered and it will be delivered with in 2-3 days. I called them up regarding the shipping details then CC replied it will be update till 3.00 PM (21-May-2013) and when i called CC and they again replied it will be update till 6.00 PM(21-May-2013). I called them up at 6.00 PM(21-May-2013) and again they replied it will be update till 7 then I said but you office timings are 9.30 to 6.30 CC replied no it is till 7.30. I called them around then no one picked up my called. Today morning I shouted and after 20 mins today I got a call from some from KAUNSA.COM and his mobile no is :+919310006579 , he said we can not deliver your product due to some reasons then I asked them to refund my money, he said I am raising a request for refund process and you will get it in 7-10 days. This web site is totally fraud and they keeping customer’s money for so many days and at the end they reply that product cannot be delivered due to some reason. I had purchased this mobile for official purpose and due this issue I have been into stress and lost Rs. 5000. I need proper compensation from KAUNSA.COM. Below are the details of the order:- Your Order Number Is KA/117500/K0QOQMT1 Date: Sat, 4 May 2013 13:26:25 +0530 My Complaint Ticket No. Your Ticket No is : Kaun/T117500/Y41UM7F0Q9 These people are cheating and I do not how come such web is still running. If you will browse the google for Kaunsa.com reviews you will find so many such complaints against them. Is’nt there any law which can stop them for doing such cheat?
