I made an activation of Rs 14 Airtel Mobile SMS pack but did not receive benefits of it. I called the customer care and person was very rude and abusive telling me to forget my money and make new recharge. The Calls to Customer Care are also getting charged now. Why are we consumers taken for a ride even by big companies such as Bharti Airtel ?

Kindly do needful and please give me the benefits of my SMS Pack ASAP.
