Dear sir I am using airtel Kolkata no: 9748863840 since 4 years. Airtel send me message about fulltalk time of Rs.47, continuously for three days (4:06PM, 1 jun ;11:28 AM, 2 Jun; 1:21PM, 3 Jun) I recharged with Rs.47 9:25 PM, 3 Jun for full talktime, TransID 194602156. Airtel activated it as national roaming plan instead of fulltalk time . I made call to Airtel customer care at 10:14 PM and 10:16 PM and requested them to talk in English as I don’t know Bengali. At the next minuite they switched off call without providing any information . I wondered about the behavior of Airtel customer care service. I am asking you to cancel national roaming plan and convert it to full talk time of Rs.47 with in 24 hours.
