I am a customer of your reputed telecom brand ‘airtel’.i was very much satisfied with your products and services but today morning dated 20.03.2014,i suffered a highly mental harassment. I was shocked by the behavior of your customer care officer.i did not do any 2g activation in my number but it got activated in my no. automatically rather 3g is already activated in my no.the cc officer gave me a fake information about my activation.the senior also gave the same information.i called up for 3 times but no one helped me there.if this continues i will discontinue from your service.my mob no is +91-9635722022. Please give me a solution and refund my money back.

Why airtel 2g net on mobile is too slow now. Before 20 days i.e. some speed like 15 – 20 kbps, but now d speed is 2-3 kbps and always show the error message.
