Electrolux – not working properly and no response by care centre

I booked the microwave Owen from StarCJ network with order no.20130909044552.When i operated it for the first time it was not working properly.I called the customer care and company send its representative to look into the issue and told me that it will be replaced shortly.But nearly 4 months have passed and nothing has happened.I have whole conversation with the company on my mail along with my cash memo.

My money should be returned
