my airtel mobile number 9444966882 i had recently ported from bsnl to airtel. After coming to airtel i made a recharge of a full talk time offer 230 – 230.on last month and also made a recharge of internet balance of rs 124 but on Sunday 1/12/2013 evening i checked my balance was rs 210 and net balance was rs sum thing 700 approx on monday morning when i check my balance were rs 1.40 only i don’t have any idea for what purpose they cut my both balance net and main balance so kindly help me to rectify this problem as soon as possible.

Data plan offer misguided by airtel
Dear sir, My mob no. 9635509464 having with prepaid connection. When I checked special offer for my no. Got a offer recharge of Rs18 get 250MB data for 15the days. But I received 90MB data. What is the reason. I recharged 2and December 2013 8.31AM. Please take necessary action with your customer care.
