Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile Balance Deduction

My name is shano johnson i am your customer for a very long time apart from this, all the number i used was of airtel and i was also planning to change my Airtel prepaid connection to post-paid connection ,but recently i had just changed my hello tune and apart from the money being deducted from my account for the same the hello tune was not activated.
Now this is not a big issue but when for this same reason when i contacted your customer service i felt sorry for myself as i had been your customer for a long time ,they were very rude as if they are paying me to use the services they were talking in such a manner as they are talking to a beggar and when yesterday called the customer services and when i asked that guys name he was so rude he directly told me what can i do for you as if i did a mistake by calling them and his name was ashok ,they have hung up on me ,i had a talk with 2 of your supervisor which was no good but they talked properly so as they requested i waited for 24 hrs now they told me that the hello tune was already activated but if you want give me a call and check that, the way they told me as if i am lying this is not customer service if you have no value for customer why open a customer service center. i dont know if you guys are aware of this or no but i am sure because of your customer services many people must have left.
Anyways i dont want to waste more of my time as i have deceided to leave airtel i just hope atleast you guys will do something
but trust me i have lost all the trust in you and i will see to it that none of my close friends or my relatives will use airtel.
