My balance of rs 79.13 was deducted unnecessarily on 28th feb. When i called Airtel service center, they told me that a video call was made for 26 mins from my phone at 9 30 pm on 7792973471. I explained them that both of them are my numbers and since my phone is a dual sim phone so both of my sims are in same phone only. And i also told them that at the same time i was on call with another number 9694913313 which is also an airtel number only. After giving them all the details they didn’t help me and didn’t even gave me complaint number. I even went to their store to file a complaint but they also didn’t help me. They were not cooperative. I called its service center 5 times and went to the store 2 times. They neither gave me any complaint number nor they responded to my complaint.
