Fraud / cheating by kotak life insurance – A Review

Subject- Regarding Kotak Life Insurance.
Dear Sir /Madam,
Myself Vinayak N Patil, I File complaints in Kotak life insurance in 16-12 -2013 and my complain no are-KLI-13121700014612 But I not satisfied the resolution from Kotak life insurance.

Sir my complaints are divided 4 steps

1)–Reason is that one representative of SPA CAPITAL insurance brokers Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, which is Corporate agent of Kotak Life Insurance Ltd., who introduced as Mr. Ravi Shastri (EMPK 3958) and his assistant Mr Rohan Sharma has made / cheated me and the fact of the case is enumerated below Mr. Ravi shastri has called me and told/ convinced me that to take personal loan against Kotak Life Insurance policy and therefore you have make an insurance policy of Kotak Life Insurance for 10% of the loan amount. So open the policy of 1 lac rupees and they told me if you invest 35000/- rupees more then we will give you 1, 50,000/- rupees Loan. Then I took personal loan from Pvt person and invest in
Kotak and 15 days I received call from account department Mr. Verma he called he told you have invest rupee 35,000/- for T D S otherwise 1, 50,000/- rupee will deduct from loan amount that time I feel some things is wrong, going on then also I took risk because I have already 3 years old policy from Kotak and I already invested rupees 1, 35,000/-. Then I arranged 35,000/- and invest total 170000 Rupees, after that they told the loan amount will be send you in your Kotak Mahindra Bank account in November 1 st week .

I wait until 2nd week and called Mr. Sharma he told me please wait for 2 days. On 29-11-2013 I received call from Mr. Sharma the person I never talk before with them. He told me you have to open loan account of rupees 1 lac and he talking me very different Rudy ways, that time I really feel something is wrong going on I shouted on him and next day 30th I received call in the morning from Mr Sharma the person is regularly called me I told them the yesterday
story and give it them that mobile no and he told me I will called you in the evening but he didn’t called me or received my calls.

On 01-12-2013 Mr .Aaksh Verma called me and he promised me, sir don’t worry wait for 1 day I will give the right
day and process. He also stop received my calls so called Mr .Rohit (Ph. No. 08800871269) the person.
I send my scanned document on his email id Rohit.chauhan@kotak.com. I explained them the
different story from the person cheating me, now no one is called me /received my calls. Dear sir / madam I have them recorded calls that fraud people and I already submitted at kotak’s Malad, Mumbai, branch .and that are with DIPTI MADAM. and request to Kotak please send me the FRAUD person details if possible for F.I.R (step to punish to the guilty person because in future help to someone will safe this kind of situation).and take action against them because they are spoiling Kotak name, On 12-12-2013 in the afternoon I visited at Malad East, Mumbai, Kotak main Branch I Meet Mrs. Rashmi I explained them the whole story and she that time she told me Kotak Insurance will
not given loan. It will provided by bank only. I was shocked and she told me you have to complete 3 years locking period otherwise your complaints will be rejected and you will lost whole amount.

At the same time I meet 3 more person they are also faced same problem The policy Details.

I discussed with them I was shocked . Dear Sir/ Madam I cannot pay 1, 70,000 every year because I don’t have capacity to pay. I told to Kotak again and again I don’t want to spoiled Kotak name because I am from 3 year
with the Kotak family I have kotak money back policy. That’s why I will not open in Social Network or Grahak Seva. Dear sir / madam 1, 70,000/- rupees it’s big amount for me and I am paying interest for that. That why I write on
Kotak Facebook account and client desk. When I write my complaint then again received call from Mr K. V. Singh (Mob. No. 09717069486 dated 12-12-2013 at 18:18) He promising me again he will pass my loan. After 5 minutes I received call from Mr Ashutosh Pandey (Ph no -9899827700) (asutosh.pandey@kotak.com) He is blaming me I explained them the whole story and forward them mail.

Dear Sir , please I need your kindly co-operations and it will be appreciated. So please help me because I am paying interest for that and please take steps against this.Try to return my money back. kotak are involved my complains only 2nd& 3rd part only. Hope so everything will be positively.
