Sir, I was being charged by airtel daily 1 rupee at mid night which i start noticing from ***12th JULY 13 . And i have called there customer care executive more than 20-30 time from 14th july – 17th july but none of them giving clear picture why my balance got deducted. some of the explanation they are giving 1. My internet pack deduction. Ans- but i already have monthly subscription of internet pack. 2. I m using special MNP tariff Ans-I have applied for MNP may be in the month of january 2013, they offer me some plan which is not suited my requirement but i still continued with it. BUT THEY NEVER MENTION ANY RENTAL SCHEME i will be charged (VERIFY Airtel conversation recordings). because i never keep track of my balance i don’t know from when i was been charged, but i first noticed in 12th july 2013 night . They told me to recharge with additional pack 64 , But why? i never asked for any rental plan, u can check with Airtel conversation recordings. NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE EVER TOLD ME THAT. If i will recharge with RS 64 then my rs 99 STD boster pack will get void. i will have to do it again. means a total of 64+99+99=rs 262 i have to pay. WHY THESE LOOT sir. Sir, u have given me (according to ur Cust care.E) an local reduced plan. when i have zero local calls to make (I SHOUTED to ur executive that i have no LOCAL CALLS usage), Am i so dumb to take a this tariff plan and then do 36 STD recharge(every month) AND ( your additional rental i.e 36+30 ) Tat’s not make sence to me.
