My father Prakash parmar have booked Hyundai i20 asta (o) on 22nd jan 2013 Kiazen hyundia panvel (maharashtra).I have made payment by cheque of rs.4 lacs on the same day & rest payment on 4th feb 2013. I was been said to make the full payment to get delivery of car soon.Till today I haven’t got my car . After contacting to your hyundia customer care more than 100 times,to mumbai regional office & delhi office the matter is still not solved.This is a shame on hyundia. I spoke to Mr Sumeet kapoor hyundia so called head of sales on india level,but the response was very poor .No action, no reply ,nothing. Simply hopeless. > Also the dealer gave us cheque as he could not deliver us the car after 100 promises of returning the money .As expected the cheque has bounced. Now the dealer is not returning the money. The matter is in court. I am been contacting to company head office by mail but they are answering that we are in talks with dealer. Still nothing has happened .We really need your help as the company management is so poor there is nobody interested to solve the problem.
