Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile Internet Pack – Unable to Use

I am a customer of airtel services having cell no. 993043xxx. I recharged a unlimited 2g internet pack of Rs.197 on dated 16-7-2014 and the transaction ID for this is 23519681 but after recharged I am unable to use internet on my mobile or even any other mobile and dongles. Even after contacting many times to customer care calling to 198 (customer care number of airtel) they didn’t solve my problem. I lost my money and also trust of airtel services. My mobile is working well and other brands sims are also working even my friends airtel sim is also working with internet on mobile except my sim. All the above condition I told to customer care executives many time but they were unable to resolve my problem. I am too nerves and facing inconvenience. Today is 23-7-2014 and problem has not been solved yet by Airtel.

I want my money back and compensation because I got nerves and felt mental stressed
