Dear Sir, I have purchased a Airtel prepaid SIM card having mobile No.8197065797 on 18.09.2013 at 11: 25 am at Address: 22/22, Near-City Central Library, Aurobindo Marg, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore, KA 560011. Phone:098 80 049013 I have submitted driving licence as Id proof and 1 photograph . Your salesman accepted the Id proof and issued the SIM card and he told that the SIM will be activated within 3 days. But the number is not activated till today 23.09.2013. In the meantime I contact so many salesman through my mobile number they cannot solve the issue. Even i visited 5 times at airtel store they told it will activate, continuously they are making wrong commitment and still i am facing the same problem. Kindly look into the matter.
