Sir ,I have requested for recharge of talk time for Rs.994/-on 14.07.2013 at 19.57hours. The same was confirmed by the shop owner that the sim is charged as requested by me. But the balance was not changed to the effect of Rs.994/-When enquired at Customer Care Centre as advised by the shop where it was charged , Instead of confirming the revised balance , the Customer care executive informed that the system has taken the amount to wrong head of account and hence cannot be reversed. Inpite of my continuous efforts taking up with senior executives my talktime request was not reimbursed . when my request is only for talk time charge there is no justification saying that the system has taken for some other head of account. I Have put into lot of hardship besides I could not use my mobile for nearly 14 days. Hope you will understand the seriousness and advise the concerned officials to reimburse the amount of Rs.994/- paid by me.Also, suitably advise your customer care executives to talk politely and help the clients in their real difficult situation. The customer care executive informed me to take up with the shop where it was recharged and spoke very rudely saying that he does as per rules. Being a highly reputed organisation hope you will do justice to your long standing clients .Hope you will not force me to initiate steps to take up the matter before consumer forum.Awaiting favourable response at the earliest.
