I have purchased the reliance reconnect 4001 from mumbai kurla market city a month ago. Within a month of uses a started facing the issue mention in below. 1. Its a Google android phone but many of the play store application does not support the phone. for eg. whatsapp , oovoo. 2. The phone get hanged frequently. 3. The phone fails to detect the external memory card. 4. The phone bettry get drained quickly and get charged slowly. 5. The Phone is stuck at headset mode. 6. The phone behave in weird ways opening the applications which i have not clicked. For eg. if i pressed call key the othe application will open. 7. The phone keypad is not sensitive. 8. It always shows internal memory slow weather i have not installed the enough apps in internal memory. THe phone is now in allahabd , I mailed reliance customer care and the reliacne digital store located at SP marg allahabd had called me to submitt the phone . I have submitted the phone with receipt number 296685 on 02/07/2013 . On 4/07/2013 reliance digital at SP marg allahabd called me for the replacement of the phone and to collect the same from store . so i visited the store today for the replacement. Initially they agreed to replace the same but after some time the denied the replacement stating the reason as mention below . I already wasted my one month + 7 days of your service on the reliance phone but the problem is still not slove. Now how come i can replace the phone which is there in allahabad from mumbai. In all this process i as a customer ,have not did any thing wrong so that i should pay or bare any inconvenience. I have mailed all the issue to reliance digital corporate cell and customer representative in allahabad as well as in mumbai.
I want my mobile to be replaced by a new one with specification which is same as reliance my reconnect4001 ( I dont want the product reconnect as it is a faulty material piece).
