My dad has AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile no 9960892134 but last six to eight months he couldn’t send any msg due to service problem from your end. Many times I had contacted your customer care center but all the time register my complaint and could not solve it.

So plz solve my problem to send messages. Hope this mail help me to solve my problem.
