I wanted to enjoy free incoming calls while roaming. So, that I went to the reliance dealer. Dealer asked customer care about the plans for free roaming. The information was provided by the customer care was that I’ve to recharge with ?179 so that I did. I received a confirmation message of recharge and activation of free roaming pack. But still I was not able to get benefits of free incoming calls. So, that i called customer care, they said please recharge with ?38 so that you can get benefits of free roaming so that I did the same. But still the same result, I was getting charged for every incoming call. So that I called customer care again and they said “you have your number recharged with ?179 that pack was activated on your number but after that you had a recharge of ?38, because of that your ?179 recharge benefits are deactivated. Now you need to recharge with ?179 again to get the benefits”. I had 4 conversations with customer care within two days. But customer care didn’t listen to my problem. Every time they cut my call after speaking same repeated words. I asked them to register my complaint (no. 206172317) but still I didn’t receive any response.
I’ve spent ?179 and ?38 to get the benefits of free roaming as per as told by the customer care. But still I didn’t get any benefits. Customer care executives didn’t take my problem seriously and cut the call every time. They maintained the same situation for two days. They spoiled my weekend.
I want to get my free roaming benefits as soon as and also I want that the strict action should be taken against the customer care executives for providing me the wrong information, then trying to hide their own fault, misbehave and for not listening to customer’s problem seriously.
