Dear sir; I recharged my prepaid mobile no 9015116325 with for call rate 30paisa/min after calling Airtel customer care . And I received a massage regarding this but after recharge my call rate is 1.5 paisa/second why are you providing wrong information to customers please resolve my problem.

Dear sir, I have lost my mobile no. 808705XX15 on 21 st of July 2015. Kindly block the prepaid airtel no. on urgent basis and kindly reissue the SIM card as early as possible. The last recharge amount is 170 while when mobile lost the balance is 167 rupees. kindly give the details of misuse or any usage of sim card along with phone numbers.
