Hi Team, My prepaid airtel number is 9663876286. I was trying to recharge my mobile with RC 38. But its not getting successful and when i have contacted to the customer care they registered complaint and said like will get resolved in 3 days. Till now not yet resolution is provided. I am really tired out of calling or contacting the Customer Care. Really got frustration on the executives, they aren’t have sufficient knowledge about the services. Please look into the issue as soon as possible. Its my kind request. Regards Dev
