Airtel Pre-Paid Recharge Providing Wrong Offer

I recharged for 92 Rs for 10000 local + STD seconds but i didn’t received any balance, when i spoke to customer service executives they said we withdraw that offer and i got some useless offer but i want my offer back or just refund the amount. Airtel guys first update your online site before withdrawing any offer from https://pay.airtel.com/‎. My online recharge txn ID 794027

Can the Airtel Customer SErvice be courteous enough to resolve my issue without much hassle and forcing me to think of mobile number portability ?
