Appellate Authority Airtel, I had done all the documentation required for pre to post conversion on 23rd Nov ’13 i.e 12 days ago and I was assured that the number will be converted to postpaid by 25th Nov ’13. Its been around 12 days now & my number still has not been converted to postpaid. To add to my woes since 2 days my number has stopped working and I am loosing out on my business due to AIRTEL’S negligence.
The new SIM is showing network but while making any outgoing call I get an error “Not registered on network” Same is happening when I am calling “59059”.

I am not going to wait any longer….Instead I will wait maximum till evening and then I will do the best I could to do to reach out to AIRTEL top officials with emails/blogs/cust complaint forum/Social sites/courier etc etc You said you did not see the attached files, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS NOW
I want a call back from Appellate authority of AIRTEL assuring me that my service will be up and running by today evening.
