Airtel Pre-Paid Wrong SIM No Blocked

Yesterday purchased Redmi note from Airtel ECIL store. Store person Mr. Giri sent message from my mobile for SIM Swap to 4G. While sending he sent wrong Sim No(one digit wrong in given 20 digit No). immediately my existing Sim and New sim provided by store are deactivated. Self-noticed that and informed to store Manager Mr. Srinivas. He is trying to activate the services with alternate Sim No bearing 89914903040450608955. My services not restored any of the Sim. This incident happened on 03-01-2015 @ 11:00 AM. Still am struggling towards my services. Since then Airtel Customer care people asked me to reboot the device every 15 Min… Same process continued till now. Still Services not up.
