My Airtel Mobile prepaid balance all gone. I am on international roaming. All off sudden my balance vanished. When i check online transaction history there are no transactions showing. Dam before also they cut my balance 100 Rs per month for 2 months. When I ask them they said it is rental for international roaming. But when I checked I couldn’t find anything stating that there will be rental applicable for international roaming. Now this balance vanished. So please check this issue.
