While recharging my BSNL prepaid mobile number on 11th June 2013, through http://portal.bsnl.in, I have entered invalid BSNL number (the mobile number which does not exists). The website accepted the same and amount transaction was completed. Transaction details are as below: Transaction ID : TXT1106201342622 Invalid BSNL mobile number : 9443894123 Amount : 220 Transaction Date : 11th June 2013 04:47:01 PM Receipt No : 88894213511 Later I had logged a complaint on BSNL complaint portal having Docket Number “F11KT304607”, for which there is no response till date Please do the needful to reverse the transaction for the same.
