Poor afetr sales service. I purchased one Washing machine from your Fridge House (Trichur Kerala) on 05/10/2013. As per your dealer service engineer from Samsung was supposed to visit our house for a demo on 07/10/2013 before 4 PM but till time there is no proper response from your side. Since yesterday evening I am repeatedly calling your dealer but in vain
