Airtel Prepaid Mobile Complaint

I am using airtel from past 3 years. I was been charged 10 ps/mnt on my another Airtel number. Around 2 month before this service was disabled. I called customer care 3 times, they transferred the cal to their superviser. All the 3 supervisers told that the service has been disabled. I told them that ‘ I know that thing, please tell me the reason why it has happened’. One of them stated that we have a policy that every scheme can be last in 6 months. i told him that i am using it since past 2.5 Yrs. He told sorry sir we cant help. One of them told that’ you are wasting your and mine time’. The last one was super.. when i told him that I am not satisfied with your Service he told sir its upto you, we cant help… if you want to choose another network, go ahead…
Please tell me the reason how that happened.
